These Terms of Service govern your use of the Borderless Network platform and services. Please read them carefully before using the service.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Borderless Network platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Borderless Network (“Borderless Network”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You must not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable sanctions, export control laws, or other restrictions.
To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. We encourage enabling two-factor authentication.
We may require you to verify your email address or complete additional identity checks before allowing certain actions on your account.
The Service uses a prepaid wallet system. You fund your wallet using one of our supported payment methods (Paystack, Flutterwave, or bank transfer) and the cost of each purchase is deducted from your wallet balance.
Your wallet balance does not expire. However, wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law or at our discretion.
Prices for SMS OTP, Email OTP, and number rentals are dynamic and are shown before each purchase. We may change pricing at any time based on provider costs and availability. Prices confirmed at checkout are binding for that transaction.
All payments are processed by third-party PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your raw card details. We are not liable for any actions or inactions of payment processors.
Borderless Network provides three core services:
Availability of countries, services, and prices depends on our provider network and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular country or service will be available at any given time.
While most OTPs arrive within seconds, delivery times are not guaranteed and depend on the target platform, the originating carrier, and other factors outside our control.
For SMS OTP and Email OTP orders, if no message is received within the order validity window, the full amount is automatically credited back to your wallet. No refund is issued once an OTP has been received, even if the OTP is not used or is rejected by the target platform.
Rental numbers are non-refundable once activated, as they reserve a dedicated resource for the duration of the rental.
For wallet funding disputes or other refund requests, please contact support with your transaction references. Refunds, where issued, are credited to your wallet unless otherwise required by law.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any wallet balance, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property provided through the Service are owned by Borderless Network or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any OTP will be delivered. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Borderless Network, its officers, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us through the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Borderless Network and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by email or in-product notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
